Foreign investment across Europe is declining, while the Baltics are showing a different trend. According to EY’s latest Baltic Attractiveness Survey, 69% of investors expect the region to become more attractive over the next three years. 64% of respondents plan to establish or expand their operations in the Baltics within the next year.
This matters because foreign capital supports economic activity and helps create a stronger environment for quality real estate development.
Growing interest from international investors also strengthens confidence among local entrepreneurs. As the Baltics become more attractive to outside investors, local companies are more likely to invest, expand and make longer-term plans. Foreign capital and local entrepreneurship can therefore reinforce each other.
