In August, loan volumes on our platform grew for the third month in a row, while new deposits were among the highest of the year. We also welcomed the largest number of new investors in 2025 so far.
Looking at the trends this year, we are confident that there is still plenty of room for growth in the Baltics. Lithuania has been the most dynamic market in terms of real estate development, and we are actively expanding our team there. In July, we achieved our strongest loan origination in Lithuania in several years, which gives us every reason for optimism.
I am also pleased to see that our new investment product, EG Grow, has attracted several thousand registered users in just its first month. We understand that people have different investment styles, and EG Grow is designed for those who value simplicity, a fixed interest rate, and steady cash flow. Becoming a real estate investor is now a little easier than before.

Loan portfolio summary of recent years
In 2023 and 2024, we issued a total of €180 million in loans, of which €139.4 million (77%) had been repaid to investors by the end of August, and €34.6 million worth of loans are being repaid according to schedule. Only €6 million (3%) of loans from these two years are non-performing, and we have a clear plan in place for their recovery.

Building the future
As long as people move, there will always be a need for new homes and workspaces. We live and work side by side, and the spaces we inhabit increasingly define our quality of life. Architecture, comfort, and functionality shape not just our surroundings, but also our connections with family, friends, and the wider community.
That’s why we see real estate investing as a way to shape the future of urban life. We channel capital into projects that make cities more liveable – faster, smarter, and with lasting impact.
Together, we invest in shaping the spaces that shape us.
