How long have you been part of the Estateguru team?
I have been with the company for 3 and a half years now.
What’s your mission at the company?
My personal mission is to be positive at work, but technically, I look after the Estonian portfolio (the biggest portfolio under Estateguru management), making sure everything is under control and that things get done on time. I also provide support for the amazing Estonian sales team and my wonderful OPS team lead, Lisandra (Pai, Group Operations Team Lead).

Our People & Culture team do their best to make everyone feel great at our workplace. They issue us with routine questionnaires to make sure everyone is happy and satisfaction levels are high. In this and other ways, I see how the company seeks to imbue the work environment with these values.
What do you like most about working at Estateguru?
I love the freedom, the office, the snacks and the people.
Tell us something interesting about yourself. What do you do in your free time? Oh, and we also love their quirks, so what’s yours/makes you unique?
In my free time, I like to hang out with friends or colleagues. I also sometimes play volleyball if the weather is good.What makes me unique? I’m very flexible…. You have no idea how flexible I am.
If you could give some advice to people who would like to join Estateguru, what would it be? Why should exceptional talents join Estateguru?
We have a very friendly team environment and everyone is supportive and helpful. This is my first experience of working at a company where we are given so much freedom to fulfil our roles in our own way. As I think I mentioned, we also have a very cool office.
