Japanese Crowd Credit, which has already invested more than €1.4 million in Estateguru projects, has set a near-term target to grow the portfolio to €5 million, while aiming to increase it up to €10 million in the long run. This was confirmed by Tomohiro Mochida, representative of the Japanese fintech company, which is focused on international crowdfunding investments.
“At Crowd Credit, our vision is to bridge the gap between the global credit market and Japanese investors. We see it as a strategic partnership combining our strengths with Estateguru to unlock new investment horizons in the European real estate market,” Member of the Board of Crowd Credit Estonia, Tomohiro Mochida, stated last week in Tallinn.
“Estateguru already manages over €30 million of institutional capital. I am very happy about the joint goals we’ve set with Crowd Credit, and to confirm their first new investments have already been made in our home market, Estonia,” said Mihkel Stamm, CEO of Estateguru, expressing his excitement about the partnership.
With an investment portfolio of nearly €300 million, the Estateguru platform has 160,000 users worldwide, with 7,000 of them joining in 2023. During the current year, the investment volume of the Estateguru crowdfunding platform totaled €66 million euros, and investors have received €85 million in repayments.
