Estateguru, the Estonia-founded platform that has grown into one of Europe’s leading real estate investment marketplaces, has appointed Jüri Preobraženski as Head of Baltic Real Estate Financing. The new leadership role underlines the company’s continued focus on the region, with the goal of increasing lending volumes and expanding cooperation with real estate developers.
Estateguru has prioritised the Baltic markets for the past three years and sees significant growth potential in the region. “We estimate that companies in the Baltics borrow approximately €70–90 million per month in non-bank real estate-backed financing, which leaves ample room for us to grow our market share,” commented Daniil Aal, CEO of Estateguru. “Appointing a dedicated leader for Baltic financing is a key step in this direction. However, this does not mean we are pursuing growth at any cost. Our primary focus remains on maintaining portfolio performance and upholding the high quality we’ve achieved over the past three years, which is essential for our investors,” Aal added.
Preobraženski expects real estate market growth across all three Baltic countries in 2026. “Buyer activity is on an upward trajectory. Falling interest rates, rising wages, and overall economic improvement are all contributing factors,” he explained. “To capitalise on this growth, real estate companies need access to flexible capital, especially in cases where banks are unable to provide suitable financing due to their credit policies. That’s where Estateguru comes in,” he added.
With around 16 years of experience in the real estate sector, Preobraženski brings deep industry knowledge to the role. His background includes working as a top real estate broker, head of sales for new developments and as an entrepreneur. Having experience both as a property investor and in coordinating investor groups gives him a unique dual perspective – understanding the needs and expectations of both developers and investors.
Estateguru is one of Europe’s leading digital lending platform for real estate-backed loans, offering secured lending solutions to businesses and attractive returns to thousands of investors who finance those loans.
By connecting developers with investors, Estateguru helps bring to life real estate projects that make our living environments more modern, energy-efficient, and attractive.
To date, Estateguru has facilitated the funding of over 3,000 projects, raising more than €900 million in total. The platform has over 150,000 investors from more than 100 countries, with a historical average return of 10%.
Estateguru holds a crowdfunding service provider licence issued by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority, allowing it to operate across the European Union.
