Estateguru has partnered with Lemonway to bring the Pay by Bank online payment solution to the platform, allowing users to add funds to their accounts directly from their bank accounts*. We have included instructions as to how it works below. Please note, in order to use the Pay by Bank feature, you will need a German, Lithuanian, French, Estonian or Dutch bank account.
Pay By Bank
By selecting Pay by Bank as a payment option, users* can initiate payments directly from their Estateguru account. The funds are transferred directly from their bank account to their Estateguru account. Lemonway acts as a payment intermediary, facilitating the transaction between the user and Estateguru.
Step 1: Choosing Lemonway Pay by Bank
First navigate to the ‘Deposit/withdraw’ page by clicking on the credit card icon on the taskbar on the left side of your screen in your account (if you’re on your cell phone or a small screen, and you can’t see the taskbar on the left of the screen, click on the three stripes in the top right hand corner of your account to reveal a drop down menu, where you will find the credit card symbol). Select the deposit tab. Underneath the words ‘add funds to your account’ you will see two tabs. Select the’ Pay by Bank’ tab. Select your country, and your bank* from the drop down menus that appear, and enter the amount you’d like to deposit into your estateguru account.
Step 2: Initiating the Payment
You will now be redirected to your bank’s online banking facilities, and asked to login using your personal banking credentials. Once you’ve logged into your online banking account, you can select which bank account you would like to draw the funds from.
Step 3: Completing the Payment
Once you have authorised the payment, you will be redirected back to your Estateguru account. Lemonway acts as an intermediary, ensuring the seamless transfer of funds between your bank account and your Estateguru account. It will take between one and three working days for the funds to reflect in your account.
