The loan origination volume for June was €6,3M, which brought the total for the first six months of 2023 to €44,1M. Last month the country volumes were as follows: Estonia €2,5M, Lithuania €1,1M, Latvia €1,1M and in Finland €1,5M.
In June, the average return for repaid loans remained over 9,0%. The amount of repaid loans was at €6,0M.
We have recovered the funds from our first defaulted loan (€0,5M) in Germany. The payment has been made to investors’ accounts without any principal capital loss and with some interest. Our exit from the Spanish market has moved to its final stage as a partially recovered loan project of €1,8M has also been repaid to investors. Please read more about these recoveries on our website.
