The Baltic region has seen the strongest wage growth in the EU over the past three decades. That economic momentum is matched by a business environment that ranks among the world’s best: in the 2025 International Tax Competitiveness Index, Estonia places 1st globally, Latvia 2nd, and Lithuania 5th — making the Baltics the only region with all three countries in the top five. For investors on our platform, these are not abstract indicators. They underpin the property markets, borrower quality, and collateral values behind every loan we fund.
Construction costs add another layer of stability. With 60–80% of new build costs tied to energy and wages, significant property price corrections remain unlikely. At the same time, much of the region’s housing stock dates from the Soviet era and requires modernisation — sustaining steady demand for development financing.
Strong economies, stable property values, and ongoing development needs create precisely the environment where digital real estate lending is most welcomed.
