Regarding my clients, it is important for me to create awareness and provide information. Demographic changes and smaller pensions are indicators that a financially carefree life in old age is no longer guaranteed. Therefore, it is advisable to start preparing for one’s retirement early. One way to do this is through investment, and that’s the message I’m trying to spread. From this point of view, my mission is to pass on knowledge to all people to assist them in securing their future.
What makes you the most excited about the potential of the German market? The German real estate market proved surprisingly robust, even in the Corona year.
In contrast to other countries, there were no sustained distortions, slumps or price declines; in fact, the opposite happened. Moreover, the heart of the German economy beats in the SME sector. This refers to companies with annual sales of less than 50 million euros and fewer than 500 employees. Small and medium-sized enterprises account for 99.6 percent of German companies. More than 1,000 of them are so-called “hidden champions,” world market leaders often little known to the public. Both aspects, real estate as well as SMEs, are combined at Estateguru creating a product which fits best for our customers.
