With this loan, the company refinanced a previous Estateguru obligation in order to extend the financing period and continue the development as planned. The collateral was a property in Kalamaja’s Volta Quarter, secured with a first-rank mortgage, where a development of 85 apartments along with various office and commercial spaces is planned.
The borrower has an exceptionally long and successful track record with Estateguru investors. To date, over €20 million in principal and nearly €2.5 million in interest have been repaid.
