Summer is an active period in real estate development, and that activity is currently visible on the Estateguru platform.
Over the past few weeks, developer interest in financing has grown. As a result, there are more open loans available than usual, giving investors more projects to choose from.
To support this more active funding period, we are introducing a temporary cashback boost. Until 30 June, you receive 0.5% cashback on every manual investment of at least €100, and 1% on every manual investment of €1,000 or more. The cashback is paid directly to your Estateguru account.
For example, a €5,000 manual investment returns €50 in cashback.
The boost applies to all manual investments into open loans. EG Grow, Auto Invest and secondary market investments are not included.
This is a short-term campaign, not a recurring offer. It ends on 30 June 2026.
