THE CASE

The borrower needed to raise capital to purchase a development project that consists of five apartments in a terraced house in Viimsi municipality, about 25min drive away from Tallinn city centre. The borrower needed financing to purchase the property and later on to finance the construction of the apartments in different stages until they reach “ready to move in” level.

SOLUTION
