  • Schedule type: Annuity or bullet
  • Repayment frequency: Monthly or quarterly

  • Maximum loan-to-value (LTV): 69%
  • Collateral: Only loans secured with a first rank mortgage

Yes, there are a few limitations and conditions. For example, you need to be an existing Estateguru investor, the minimum investment per loan is €10. You can add funds to your EG Grow account in two ways:

  1. Transfer money from your main Estateguru virtual wallet.

You start earning interest as soon as your funds are allocated to specific loans within your EG Grow portfolio. Estateguru aims to invest your funds promptly, but the time to full allocation can vary based on available loan opportunities.

Your total investment — including principal and interest — will be returned based on each loan’s repayment schedule. For example, if the loan has a 12-month bullet schedule, the full amount (principal plus the final interest payment) will be returned at the end of the 12-month period, in one payment.

No. Once your money is invested, the interest rate applied at that time is fixed and will not change for that investment.
