Your mission:
Making our investors happy by assisting them in reaching their financial goals. Providing an excellent support and the information our customers need.
What you will be doing:
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to clients via phone and email;
- Manage our onboarding process for new clients;
- Proactively engage with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention;
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions to clients;
- Continuously update and maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
You are the one for us if you are/have:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Estonian, English;
- Additional languages (Lithuanian, German) will be considered as a bonus;
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions;
- The willingness to roll up the sleeves & agile work ethics;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
Bonus points for:
- An interest in investing.
- Having previously worked on P2P platforms.
