Your mission:

Driving loan sales growth, leading portfolio quality improvements through diverse strategies, and optimising lending processes to ensure swift, efficient, and cost-effective operations whilst being a strategic leader across multiple countries. By reporting directly to the CEO, and being part of extended management, your contribution will be instrumental in securing our position as a leader in the fintech lending landscape while also fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within our organisation.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead a global operations team, including country managers and their teams to achieve high-performance targets and meet ambitious sales goals, whilst developing and tracking global KPIs to assess the effectiveness of lending operations;
  • Drive business growth by identifying and establishing new origination sources, partnerships, and channels to increase loan sales;
  • Monitor and ensure a consistent customer experience across all countries;
  • Develop and introduce new lending products and services tailored to the needs of SMEs, real estate developers and other target segments;
  • Monitor and assess adherence to global loan origination and portfolio management processes and take corrective actions as needed;
  • Collaborate effectively with product teams, and headquarters to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy and to align operations with HQ-driven standards;
  • Continuously analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities for expanding loan origination;
  • Actively engage with the technology and data analytics teams to leverage technology for loan sales growth;
  • In collaboration with the credit risk team, develop and execute strategies to enhance the quality of the lending portfolio, ensuring a lower default rate and improved risk management;
  • Ensure that standardised compliance and quality frameworks are implemented uniformly across countries;
  • Set performance expectations and ensure teams meet operational goals consistently;
  • Foster a culture of consistency, teamwork, collaboration and innovation within the lending team, encouraging creative thinking to drive product development.


You are the one for us if you have:

  • Senior management experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fintech lending company or other financial services (including banking);
  • Masters degree (no specific requirements for specialisations);
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, including experience with cross-border teams;
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing lending products and services for companies, with a focus on real estate financing;
  • Strong background in process optimization and technology-driven solutions, with a demonstrated ability to improve lending-related processes and decision-making speed;
  • Proficiency in working within a matrix organisational structure and collaborating effectively with global and local teams;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive operational excellence;
  • In-depth knowledge of lending regulations, compliance, and risk management;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Innovative, solution oriented and with a can-do attitude. Growth and high performance oriented;
  • Drive to meet challenges challenges and adapt to changes and the desire to achieve targets with teams (possesses the attitude “we” not “me”);
  • Fluency in English.

Full Guru support system
