Submit a complaint

Filing a complaint shall not be taken lightly, as it involves a serious process of investigation and reporting to our regulator. This specifically means submitting a form, according to all requirements stated on this page. Once you have submitted your complaint, our Customer Complaint Officer will review and respond in 15 business days.
