As a Country manager
You are responsible for coordinating Estateguru`s business activities in the UK and for leading the British team. Main focus will be initially related to the Estateguru`s expansion in the UK (supported by the Head of Business Development), and later on the lead of Estateguru`s UK operations. UK Country manager is a member of the widened Management team of Estateguru Group and this way contributing also to the intensive growth of Estateguru in Europe.
The main tasks are
- Expansion of Estateguru`s business activities in UK;
- Developing, closing and maintaining the Partnership networks with loan originators and needed service providers (Real Estate evaluators, brokers, Credit and real estate data providers etc);
- Working with Investors and Borrowers communities in UK;
- Inspirational lead of the British country team;
- Fulfillment of the Yearly sales and investors targets of the UK unit;
- Keeping the portfolio quality in expected level;
- Delivering superior customer service;
