Your mission:

To develop and lead the Estateguru Capital Markets unit further with a strong commercial focus and affinity. The main emphasis will be related to the establishment and maintenance of the relationship with Institutional investors and Family offices  to provide the required financing instruments for Estateguru.

Main responsibilities:

* Improve the overall reputation of EstateGuru as a credible player;

* Increase commercial leads of interested investors. Focus on realization of commercial targets. Drive institutional investor demand for new funds or separately managed accounts;

* Lead the investor due diligence process. Build institutional pitch, ensuring all key benefits (counterparty risks, investment risks, ESG) are communicated to investors and can relate and understand how it fits into their portfolio. Key role in negotiating and closing complex investments. Participate in investor presentations and road shows (virtual and in-person);

* Advise and shape institutional products: Proactively shaping the product development agenda (ESG factors, geography, structuring features); Work with legal and operational teams to ensure product structure meets investor requirements. Drive for creation of high-quality documentation like DDQs, RFPs and transactional processes;

* Provide strategic input into the investment strategy, i.e. capture market feedback to inform future investment product development;

* Advocate for investor feedback and push to shape lending strategy around such feedback. (As an agile, tech-enabled company Estate Guru should react to investor demand);

* Build out and structure a capital markets team at a later stage.

You are the one for us if you have:

* Excellent academic credentials (University, MBA, CFA, CAIA);

* 10+ years of experience in the asset management industry/capital market function in commercial function;

* Fluent in English + another main European language (german, french is a plus);

* Experience in different investment solutions (Luxembourg fund structures, listed products, SMA) ;

* Excellent network with Institutional based on established personal reputation;

* Proven track record in raising money for new strategies;

* Proven experience in leading fundraising and origination pitches for transactions;

* Excellent spoken & written communication skills, including presentation and pitching skills;

* Can do attitude. Passionate about value creation with a proactive attitude;

* Ability to work in a team environment and independently. Critical and responsive;

* Affinity with real estate products.
