- Prospecting the potential leads through various channels
- Communicating with potential clients and counseling: identifying and understanding the needs of business managers / property owners.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients using Pipedrive.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
- Promote and cultivate new business and partnership opportunities
- Generating and implementing new sales strategies;
- Solving current diverse tasks.
- Previous experience in sales, real estate or finance field
- Sense of responsibility, loyalty and attention to details
- Willingness to roll up their sleeves and dig in to help drive our business forward;.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
- Ability to plan and manage your time and tasks
