Loan Manager

Area: Loan Manager – Latvia
Location: Riga, Latvia
Type: Full Time


  • Prospecting the potential leads through various channels
  • Communicating with potential clients and counseling: identifying and understanding the needs of business managers / property owners.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients using Pipedrive.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Promote and cultivate new business and partnership opportunities
  • Generating and implementing new sales strategies;
  • Solving current diverse tasks.


  • Previous experience in sales, real estate or finance field
  • Sense of responsibility, loyalty and attention to details
  • Willingness to roll up their sleeves and dig in to help drive our business forward;.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
  • Ability to plan and manage your time and tasks
