Your mission
To build a community of real estate investors, being their main point of contact and bringing excellent investment opportunities to our clients!
Your main responsibilities
- While having the support of our awesome team, take full accountability of building and nurturing the community in Lithuania.
- Create and drive the strategy to build a network of HNWIs interested in real estate backed loans.
- Be the main point of contact for all Lithuanian investors.
- Ensure the syndication of Estateguru’s loan opportunities by communicating with the local investor base and helping them to execute their investment strategies.
You are the one for us if
- You have sales experience and are driven by results.
- You have experience in building investor networks.
- You are an expert in time management, sales funnel creation, strategy creation and execution.
- You are excited by a growth, company’s dynamic work environment and are happy to work at a fast pace.
