Whether you’re an established loan broker or simply in a position to leverage your contacts in the construction industry, EstateGuru’s new Ambassador Program offers you the chance to earn commission by referring borrowers to us.
The program is headed up by Pavel Artamonov and aims to attract real estate and mortgage brokers looking to generate an extra income stream by introducing clients to EstateGuru as an alternative to traditional credit institutions.
Successful loan referrals will earn the ambassador 0.5% of the total loan amount. For example, a €500 000 loan will mean €2500 in commission for the ambassador. In December 2020 alone, EstateGuru funded €18,3 million worth of loans so it is easy to see that there is massive scope for people to earn handsome rewards.

Why did you create the Ambassador Program?
– We already have good partnerships with a lot of real estate and mortgage brokers, but the truth is that they make up only a small amount of real estate specialists overall. We see the demand for our product increasing every year and ambassadors can help us to spread our message more widely and introduce alternative finance opportunities to their clients. For the exchange, EstateGuru provides attractive rewards for successful referral that culminate in a loan. We strongly believe that EstateGuru can help even more SMEs than we already do, and the Ambassadors can connect our product with clients who need it. That’s why we decided to create the Ambassador Program.
Who do you see as the target market for the program?
– The target group is very wide: real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, independent real estate specialists, and so on. At the same time, you don’t need to have any license or be a professional broker to send us a hint. For example, if you are an entrepreneur and find out that some of your partners may need a fast and flexible bridge loan, just send us a contact and we will take it from there.
What has been the response so far?
– Mostly positive. If we talk about real estate brokers, they do a lot of collaborations with different firms and certainly, it’s good news when you have one more partner who can help your clients and add additional value to your personal brand.

At the same time, we have only recently launched this product, so it’s a little bit early to talk about the volumes.
